Raxel Storage Systems of Lincoln have completed a new pallet racking installation on time and more importantly in budget for a major 3PL.

Raxel were invited to work closely with the project team of the 3PL to assist in the relocation of a contract from one DC to another. Raxel carried out site visits and liaised with the relevant members of project team to ensure the most cost effective and efficient solution was opted for.

Using existing materials within the business and supplying a further 75% of new material, Raxel installed opted for APEX pallet racking material. The project required some existing pallet racking to be taken down and then moved within the building to a new allocated area. These re-located runs were then added to using new racking.

In addition to the new 2300 pallet spaces, Raxel also supplied 490 levels of timber decking, 490sqm of anti-collapse meshing, Raxsax waste bags and the project management services for the sprinkler installation.
