Raxel Storage Systems of Lincolnshire have recently completed an “Adjustable Pallet Racking” installation for a third party logistics company in Cambridgeshire.

The installation was both cost and time sensitive due to the nature of the products being stored. Raxel were asked to fit 4000 pallet positions into the existing warehouse and install in phases. After looking at their MHE equipment and the types of pallets used the decision was taken to propose a narrow aisle installation to suit articulated trucks. The final pallet count hit 4128 giving an additional capacity over and above the predicted levels.
